Does this appear to be authentic Tiffany Co.? Purchased from TheRealReal

I purchased this ring from TheRealReal. I can still return. I’m not sure if this is an older version, but the new 18k snake design is a lot heavier and larger. It arrived in a vintage looking pouch. Can someone help me out? I’ve heard they’ve had fakes slip through their authenticity process, and this ring looks very similar to those rings that sold on eBay from Japan that may be fake.
