I am contemplating purchasing a diamond off of www.diamondexchange.com.au. i was wondering if anybody has had any dealings with them before? Are they generally a reputable bunch?

I am not an expert,
But I think that the best way to find out if the vendor in question, a reputable company is or not,
Is to contact your local Jewellery council and find out if the company is a member.
Members are obliged to run their business according to ethical industry standards.

In your case you should check out the Jewellers Assosiation of Australia @ www.jaa.com.au/
