Diamond Earrings..

Hey all,

I need some advice on what size/type earrings I should get for my fiancee. Her 35th Birthday is in two weeks and I would like to get her something special.

Her engagement ring is a princess cut: 2.6k F-VS2 with an additional 1k worth of diamond baguettes running down the sides.
I want to get her diamond stud earings but don''t know how big is too big for earrings. I need some suggestions please.
I don''t want her earlobes falling to the floor if you know what I mean.
Something sexy, delicate and beautiful.

price range: max $8k-$10k

Do you want princess stones or rounds? With an e-ring that size, I''d say go for between .75 and 1 carat per ear. You can go to G or H color on earrings. I like VS2 but most probably go to SI1 on earrings.
