diameter variation question

what is the average % for diameter variation? Is 7.14X7.19mm too big of a gap for a 1.35 round AGS000 stone?

No that is very tight

At how many mm of deviation would you start to be able to visually see the difference?

I don''t like to see >0.10mm variation in a round, but that''s just me... if it were a humongus stone I might let it slide

As to what the human eye can detect, I don''t know, it would depend on the size of the stone, what you were comparing it to, etc.
