Custom earrings - Anna Karenina replica

Hi - I'm looking for someone who can help me with the creation of these earrings for less than $400. Is this even possible? I don't need all the paves throughout, but really love the shape of the drop portion. Could just be standard white gold or rhodium. CZs or similar are fine for the stud and portion touching the ear needs to be platinum - I'm allergic to everything else. I might be able to source the pearl myself. Thanks!
