What do you guys think? Is this enough bling? Am I being too picky if I wanted an HCA of 0 ex,ex,ex,ex and a gem ex of very high, very high, very high? Also, what do you think this stone should be priced at?

should be quite nice

picky?...no, totally unrealistic.
a lower hca score does not mean a better diamond in any way shape or form and while getting a ''0'' is not mathmatically impossible, it is not likely. the extreme possible combination of angles needed to produce such a score would not likely be appealing to the eye. likewise having ''very high'' everything on gem ex does not guarantee a diamond that is appealing to everyone. having such a score only means that the diamond meets the metric outlined to score ''very high'' on gemex.
