You bet! It's this from Barry. 7.2mm. It's funny, I was talking to Freke about a chryso and she suggested looking at rounds instead and was going to look for a native cut for me..so then just a couple days later I was browsing on Barry's site and saw this. I don't know if it's new or I missed it when he put his new September stuff up a couple weeks ago. I emailed him about it and he said it's very yellow and very bright. The picture, he said, is awful. I'm excited to see it-I've wanted a Barry stone for so long now, so I hope it's love at first sight!

I think it popped onto his site this past Wednesday... but I'm not sure. I'm always tempted but if I already have one of something, I try to be reasonable. God knows there are enough other things that I want, lol!

Hate to ask the inevitable-- what are you going to do with it?

I wish I could place those CAD's but I think they were before my time (which isn't that long ago).

The ring looks beautiful. It's got clean lines and I love the combination of the white metal with the yellow gold semi bezel.

Going to be expecting some pictures of that stone on Monday, Missy!

Bwahahaha those CAD's were one of the funniest things I've ever seen! I never remember who did them, but I will never forget them. I think it wasn't too long after I came here. Link it for BN if you would-OMG I'm dying already just thinking about it.

I posted a thread a while ago asking about pink spinels and for suggestions. Thank you everyone here for giving me advice, especially Tourmaline Lover. I'm so happy to post the pink spinel here finally! Tan's picture was pretty accurate to what the stone looks like in direct sunlight. Sorry that my picture is horrible, I can see some white reflection from my car ... but irl the stone is very pink and sparkly.

It's 3.36 c mint tourmaline cushion that I bought from Gene back in May. I love this stone! It's prong set in platinum with a tiny bullet shaped diamond on either side. The diamonds are in bezels with millegraining. Aack! Can't wait 'till tomorrow
