Cartier exchange/sizing policy

Quick question: What is Cartier''s exchange policy regarding out-of-state purchases?

My fiance surprised me with a Trinity ring for our anniversary, but the ring is a 1/2 size too small! He bought the ring on the East coast and I live in the NW... will Cartier let me exchange sizes at a store closer to me, or does the transaction have to take place at the original purchase location? I''d hate to wait two weeks, and I don''t really see the point in resizing.

I don''t see why you couldn''t exchange it at any store...it would be pretty poor customer service if they required you to go back to the original store!

But I would just call THEM and ask. They will know best!
