I have the setting with the pear shaped sapphires except that my stone''s a radiant instead of a marquise. I like it a lot and would definitely recommend it.

Unless you want it done by my local jeweler... hard to tell. The chain looks like allot of work.

A diamond bezel for the marquise might not be hard to find.
