I was just browsing Wild Fish, tempting myself even though I am saving for my wedding, and I saw this stunner!

I'm smitten and wanted to share- I think it's the tiny needles that make it so neat. Maybe a PSer will scoop it up- it would make a pretty stunning candidate for a lotus setting...

Haven''t looked at the price, but the stone sure is very nice, not to mention unique. It''s one of those rare cases when inclusions don''t really detract from the stone (IMO).

To be fair, a 5 ct colour change garnet with strong colour change is very rare.

I don''t think the price is outrageous for how unique and beautiful of a stone it is, I just can''t afford it right now
