Approximate age of this ring?

I've bought this ring at auction. It was listed as "vintage" but no date range was given. The diamonds are a combination of single cut and brilliant cut. It looks Art Deco(ish) to me, but I'd expect the centre sapphire to be rubover/bezel set instead of claw set in an original ring of this style. Can anyone one venture a guess about its age?

The workmanship is not the best. The basket (first pic) is very rough and poorly finished. The prongs are unevenly spaced - (e.g. top left pair in the last pic are closer together than the others.)

I'm not sure what this says about the age.
