any ideas for a philadelphia area valentines proposal?

Hi everybody, the ring is finally on its way (so they tell me anyway) we werent sure if it would get done for V-day but it looks like it will. So now I am looking for some ideas in the philly area. I dont think she would appreciate any type of public proposal. I have a few ideas but I would love some help if anyone has ideas I would love to hear them.

What about this place? It may be winter, but they have indoor conservatories. I''ve never been there, but my BF told me he has heard great things about it and the pics on the web look nice!
