I am making my first large-scale diamond purchase... based on what I''ve learned in the process, I''m wondering if I''m getting "too" good of a deal or if I may really be missing something... any help will be GREATLY appreciated as this is certainly not my forte... the specs are as follows:

depth - 62.7%
table - 57%
girdle - med, f
culet - none
polish - VG
symm - G
inclusions - crystal, feather, and indented natural by the girdle (not very visible to my untrained eye with 10x mag)... the main inclusion I see under 10x mag is a black dot....
price - $20,500
the dealer appears reputable and I was thinking of making the purchase conditional upon the review of an independent appraisal...any thoughts???
