I dont like:
Pavil: 41.2 (40.9-41.6)

combined with:
Crown: 34.6 (34.4-34.9)

It is likely to leak light.

Selected: 62.1% depth, 55.1% table, 34.6° crown angle, 41.2° pavilion angle
The result is for a symmetrical diamond with a medium girdle and very good polish
HCA scores were adjusted Dec. 15, 2001 and Feb. 6, 2003.

Factor Grade
Light Return Very Good
Fire Good
Scintillation Good
Spread
or diameter for weight Very Good
Total Visual Performance 3.3 - Very Good - Worth buying if the price is right

hca agrees using the averages that it isnt a top performer.
with it going out to 41.6 and up to 34.9 in those averages id say no way and keep looking.

I agree with what was said above. The diamond's specs are not what I would personally probably consider (steep pav angle), but I am super picky. Also, I have only purchased from the internet so I wasn't able to "see" the diamond in person, so I relied heavily on the numbers. However, since this is local stone, you will be able to see it, right? I'd say at least give it a look - what have you got to lose? Sometimes diamonds can surprise you! It could be a beautiful stone.

I agree too but we are being ultra picky with those number - the light leakage will most likley be VERY small.
Trust your own eye - if you like it, go for it
