From the picture, it does remind me of the Tiffany bubble style bracelets. Under 1k, seems on the low side. What is their return policy?? Just in case...

It says the stones are IF in clarity, but their definition is a tad different than what I am used to seeing. It''s worth more investigation, IMHO.
