Oh darn! It's a beauty.
Don't fret.. something equally as fabulous will come along soon. That always seems to happen!:D

Love all these wide/chunky bands! Don’t have one (yet) but definitely added to list of wants for 2023!

I have this one from Alex Sepkus and been wearing it daily for close to 2 months. I love it
My mom has long been a fan (I'm talking decades) of Alex Sepkus, it is nice to see those rings here. :)

Thank you! Sadly, no, she doesn't have any of his pieces. Jewels aren't really her priority--I get my obsession from my paternal grandmother. :lol-2:

Dang, @iluvcarats, that's quite a collection!! Your Sepkus ring has a different feel from a lot of his work. I like it!! Also, I don't think I've ever seen a wide VC band like that. So cool!!

The Sepkus ring is from a collection called swirling water. I bought it from a local jewelry store about 15 years ago. Back then, I wanted rose gold, but tastes change. Now I would choose yellow gold, although Rose gold probably looks better on me since my skin has a lot of pink. (The kind of skin that burns and freckles from 30 seconds in the sun.)

The VC band is the only one that Larry ever made in yellow. He was so talented.

It’s beautiful!
Be careful not to ever wear it swimming. I did and it ruined the black etching.
Maybe yours doesn’t have it, I can’t tell.
Mine used to.

My Italian beauties: Sabbadini Spheres and Serafino Consoli!

IMG_E0761basis3.jpg

Oooo! Just about fell off my chair. I love those! Are they flexible? Did you buy them in Italy?

Thank you very much, I'm glad you like them. Yes, I bought them in Italy, in Milan. The Sabbadini (left) is like a woven fabric, very soft and finger friendly, the Serafino (right) is actually adjustable in size. Either you pull or push and it adjusts to the finger diameter. So you can wear it on any finger, from pinky to thumb.

This is my widest. I have such short, stumpy fingers that it's uncomfortable to go much wider.
