Advice: Is this diamond good or is it cloudy?

I'm in the market for a diamond for a custom engagement ring, and wanted to get some advice before buying a diamond. I found one with good specifications, but I'm worried it looks cloudy (despite not having many inclusions listed on its report). I've been considering a few stones, and this one is the right dimensions seems to be less brilliant than some others at certain angles. What do people think? Is it just the angles or lighting that may be causing glare, or is it actually a concern and maybe I should look elsewhere?

Can you post the video of the magnifies stone? Can’t tell much from your video. To my eye it looks fine, but I’m not an oval expert.

Neither are cushions. Did you give up on that?

Ah thanks for clarifying. I've honestly not been in the market for a cushion, just ovals. Have been looking at a lot of ovals to be the center stones for a custom ring and narrowed down to these two. May be getting confused with another user here.

Ovals, watch for the dark bowtie in the center that some have.
