Just had to share. Wearing only my carre band today. I really love this piece and have no regrets. And I love it best alone. I think I will wear it as a RHR from now on. And these are H stones and they work perfectly with these stones. They like a bunch of revolving mirrors in the sun. It's soooooo cool!!

Thank you toaster! It's called Mag. Light (I think it was free) - I'm a little disappointed that the pics aren't as crisp as on my phone, maybe a loss of clarity because of the uploading? But I guess they still turned out ok, and it's fun to fool around with the app!

Thanks everyone - I have been holding out a tiny little bit. It's a gorgeous setting and I am 90% happy with it but there is just a tiny little bit of me that isn't happy with the way the outer edge of the basket meets the halo. The lip there is too thick. Unfortunately because I opted for a basket and not struts, it's impossible to fix without an entire redo. It's already been back for a rehab to have more metal taken from the edge of the halo (there was waaay too much) and the claws holding the diamonds on the shank were left really rough so that had to be filed back too... After living with her for a few months I am really happy with the result. I think sometimes I am just too detail oriented for my own good.

The setting was made in 18ct white gold, and has approximately 0.75ct of G-H diamonds in the setting.

It's honestly just the side profile that bugs me ever so slightly. Mostly because I know it could have been done the way I wanted it to as my engagement ring was done that way. But what is done is done and it's really not worth the remake. The proportions are perfect - I initially wanted bigger melee in the halo but I think the 1.5 pointers he used actually works very well. Suffice to say I wear her every day at the moment so I really do love her!

I think any setting would probably have had a small thing I wasn't overly sure about. The nature of custom work sometimes, no?
