Re: help me pick bridesmaids dresses?
Have you thought about selecting a designer and fabric color, then giving your bridesmaids a couple selections of styles? I kind of prefer when the bridesmaids are in the same color but slightly different styles, especially since it allows them to pick the style most flattering to them. I personally... |

Re: Splitting migraine for 3 days straight
Circe, If you have a dr's appt tomorrow, have them check your blood pressure in both arms. My mom had "the worst headache of her life"--she had terrible allergies and I think migraines--that didn't go away for a really long time, we all thought it was just a bout of that. She had an aortic... |

Re: Protecting furniture from cat scratching
I would clip my cats claws very frequently before I had the cat declawed. It seems to cut down on furniture damage. But you really have to keep up on it. Some cats are obsessive about sharpening their claws...

Re: Protecting furniture from cat scratching
I would agree that clipping your cat is the best way to keep damage to a minimum. I have a cat that doesn't scratch much at all, but she loves to chew things--window ledges, pulls, any small cord or string. I have tried to break her of it with no luck. I have found that cats that scratch are cats th... |

WakingDreams: How long have you been dating your significant other? I would imagine you have some ideas about how you and your SO are similar or different regarding money at this point. Are you and your SO savers or spenders? That dynamic is key to any discussion or questions that follow. |

Re: Money Talk
I am already married and have been for 8 years. I would say money is the #1 problem in our relationship. Money is a multi-layered, complicated issue, and really won't be resolved with one talk, imo. So from my perspective, I would need more details before being able to give advice. Some things that ... |

I don't know if Dan reads PS but I have purchased one stone from him-- a faceted Welo opal, and I am very happy with it and I have not returned any other stones to him. I have to say that I fear that the wording of his new return policy will put off some buyers. I totally agree about custom faceting... |

Those are some of the examples that made me laugh at the moment as well. The kids were little enough that I didn't think taking pictures of them would reinforce their behavior too much. They are now almost three and 4 1/2, so I have to keep a poker face more often, or I am truly mad at the pillage! |
