Engraving inside a small ring?

Hi everyone, I just placed an order for my wedding band and am super excited! However, I was told by the vendor that they wouldn''t be able to engrave the inside of the ring because it is a size 3. Is it possible to find someone else to engrave it or are rings at that size un-engraveable?
