Bezel mounting for a cushion cut?

Hi. I''m new here. I have a 1 ct. Lazare Cushion cut set in a Jeff Cooper 4 prong (U-Shaped) Platinum mounting. I''m looking for a bezel setting for my cushion cut. I have seen bezel-set cushions in the halo type mounting but I''m looking for something fairly simple.
I really like this site and hope that someone can steer me in the right direction.

Easy enough to have made custom! I immediately thought of FountainFairFax''s gorgeous bezel-set cushion ...it is absolutely one of my favorites! See below and do a search if you want more pics!
