Enhanceed gemstones

A while back I found a link on this site to a company that had hundreds of different gemstones that were very different. They almost seemed to have fire in a lot of them. I''m pretty sure many of them were treated in some way to cause this effect. If anyone happens to know what I am talking about I would appreciate a little help.

I think it was named after the guy who did the cutting, but this was 5-6 months ago.

Nothing huh. Well If it helps the stones had almost an eye look to them. they were really different than anything I have seen before but I cant seem to find the site.
