Size Question...

Is the difference between these two sizes going to be THAT noticeable?
We’re talking MM’s here, and those are very small things…I guess I look at the numbers and think big difference…but the price is a pretty steep difference too, with two very comparable stones. (both have HCA overall 1.0)
What do you think?

8.21 X 8.25 X 5.08 (55% table) 2.10 carats
8.36 X 8.42 X 5.19 (57% table) 2.26 carats

This will give you a bit of a visual. Not a huge difference, but a difference.

I will say .2mm is when you will start to notice the difference in size.

My side stones on my 3 stone are .1mm apart, & I cannot tell the difference, .8 vs .9. Center is a 1.61 on a size 7. WF plat. trellis.

I tried to give you a few up close photos so you can see. I'm thinking the difference you are considering maybe a slight visual difference. How noticeable, I don't know.

I know that I can tell that there is a difference because I am currently in this situation and I can really tell. Would you mind sharing how much of a price difference there is, at least percentage-wise?

That difference is very small indeed. Think of it this way. If you had both stones together, side-by-side on a piece of paper, you could probably tell the difference although it would take some effort. Take away one while you aren't watching and there's zero chance that you would be able to tell which one remained without using tools.

Price difference is $2847.00 between the two.

Side by side you'd see a difference; once they are mounted and on your finger you'd never notice.

That's a huge price difference for very little more, but if you can spend that extra without blinking I would consider which table size effects you like better. Personally I would like the smaller table for more fire.
