Thank you for your kind words Minousbijoux!!! You are overestimating me: I guess I have been lucky till sofar.
I actually love the stone for what it is and I hope it will find it's way to a PSer. I was just looking for a different color and intensity. I said it before: he seems like a great and honest guy and I would love to buy from him. He seems like a vendor who wants to keep his customers happy.

When discussing a gem, it is a balance between price and quality. Nobody is going to carry the perfect inventory; some are better cut than others, some have richer colours than others. The part that is most important to me is the customer service and easy/no questions asked return policy (which includes a full refund minus shipping).

In this case I am so glad I could base my decision on the video and the advice of the PSers in this thread. Much less frustration and hassle compared to having to send back a stone.
