Does anyone have an Avanti wine refrigerator?

I just had the undercounter model WCR3400S installed today and the PWR OUT indicator is on. The manual says to push RESET but nothing is happening when I do that. I called both Avanti and the appliance store but they are both closed. I'm not too keen on trying to pull this thing out and unplugging it (which you would think would trip the PWR OUT indicator anyway) so I'm hoping there is a manual switch somewhere that I just can't find... ? Does anyone have one of these? If so, any advice?
