I never thought I''d be one to start one of these threads, but I''m so proud of my accomplishments for the weekend that I figured why not.
One of my favorite places to go jogging is Rice University, there is a dirt track that goes around the whole campus (3 miles) and its shaded with tons oak trees, not to mention the views are the university (duh!), gorgeous houses, Herman park, & the Medical Center. So I went here three days in a row!
Friday: Jogged 1 mile and walked 2
Saturday: jogged 1/2 mile and walked 2.5 (I had been out celebrating a friend''s b-day the night before)
Sunday: jogged 1 mile and walked 2
I also have this thing that I wear around my wais, "the waist trimmer", to help my tummy sweat more and tone it...I highly recommend it...even the BF has noticed results...
