Looking for Solitaire Twist Setting

Hi, I am new to this forum, but I used Pricescope extensively to find the diamond that I just bought for my girlfriend and have found it to be very helpful. My dilema now is that I can only seem to find one place that has a setting that really catches my eye and I have a feeling that it is going to be quite expensive compared to most of the settings that I have been looking at so far. Since I can't find too many pictures of it, I have posted a link below so that you can see what I am looking for. Any help with another place that might have them, or even an estimate on what it would cost in platinum would be much appreciated.

Sorry, it looks like the link won't work for some reason. The setting is the "Simply Bridal Twist Solitaire" from the Hearts On Fire diamond collection.
