wrap for fall wedding?

Are any of you ladies whose weddings are during the next month or so are planning to wear a wrap or something else to keep warm?

My wedding is Oct. 17 in Ohio, so it could potentially be nice and sunny and warm or it could be really chilly. The wedding isn''t taking place outdoors, but I''m wondering if I should plan to have something to put on going to/from the church and reception site. And if so, what that would be. I''m sure once the sun goes down, it will be getting chilly.

Do you mind if I ask what area you live in?

i''m planning a may wedding but we were considering fall. If that was the case, I would have bought a pretty white coat to wear over my dress to go from the ceremony to the reception. I''m not sure what style dress you''re wearing but there is something really pretty about these ones.

Or you could go with something really dressy like faux fur or something.

My wedding is in November so I understand your concern...i was planning to have my seamstress make me a nice elegant form fitting jacket, almost like a bolero but not as long. there is also some small coat type that dont have sleeves just go over your shoulders to the front and clip in the front, not sure what they are called, but are very elegant.

You can try to find something like that

I started looking for a little jacket too late, couldn''t find one, and didn''t have time to get one made. So I got one of these cashmere wraps from Nordstrom and it''s really soft and definitely reusable. And on sale! I kind of hope I don''t need it, but I''m glad to have it in case it''s chilly.
