My wedding ring* is a half-eternity (to be upgraded to full eternity one day

) and I want to wear that with a solitaire. But I kind of like the non-matchiness of my e-ring and w-ring. I can't believe I'm going to say this, but as I have it right now, it's way too much bling on my finger.

*Edited to say "ring" not "right"

isabel - I just got a 2.75 ct... Pearlmans just emailed me this afternoon telling me the ring is done, so I should have it next week. I also wear a size 4.5. I''ll post pictures when I get it.

Hi Isabel,

Thanks for the compliment! The setting is a Veraggio Cathedral Contemporary Solitaire in platinum. Here is a link to a site where they have a few pics - the side view is what made me fall in love with the setting. I really liked it when I picked it out for my original stone, which was an asscher, but now that I have a round, I may totally redo my settings in a year or two. For now though, I am still enjoying the setting.

I am a ring size 4.75 and my diamond is a 2.36.
