Never. Can you believe it?! FI''s whatever about it and I am not into gambling, but I am into over-the-top shows and free drinks! That and I might get a secret tattoo that I sort of want but am too afraid to get.


I''m not a gambler or a drinker, but I still love it. The shows are awesome, the shopping is PHENOMENAL. The hotels are cool, there''s tons of stuff to do there, and of course there are AWESOME pools if you go during the warm weather.

You should really go, B! At least once, you should go.

I''ve never gone. I want to, I just don''t have a) the money or b) the time.

On the pie front, if I could have anything, I''d have a wedding pie from Briarmere''s (not sure I spelled that right) Farm on Long Island. $18 pies that are worth every single penny. When we went out to Westhampton to visit M''s grandmother, we drove an hour out of our way to get these pies, and each of us at probably about 1/4 of the pie. It was that good.

ETA: GOT IT! The most amazing pie in the world

One time my family was vacationing on Orcas Island and went to this place that claimed to have the best apple pie in the world. It was something like $7 a slice a la mode!! Image It tasted good...like apple pie. Disappointment.

That''s a big disappointment.

This tastes like everything that is right in the world is exploding in your mouth all at once.

I think wedding pie should be chocolate pie. Mmmmmm crust, pudding, and whipped cream. That''s all I really need in life...

Yep - I watch One Life to Live and General Hospital. Often I DVR them and then fast forward through the commercials when I watch them at night, but since I''m home now I''m watching them today.
I DVR them too!!!! But our DVR is currently stupid and I think we need to take it back. You see.....I set the timer to record channel 7 at 1:58-3:03 for GH. It always used to work but after this digital switch it now records (all on it''s own mind you) about 3 minutes of channel 3, 5 minutes of channel 13, 2 minutes of channel 4.......and then it flips itself to channel 7 and I miss the whole first part of GH.

It all sounds weird I know but it''s as if the DVR has a mind of it''s own. So last Thursday it recorded 15 minutes of channel 3 before deciding to record channel 7 Image

How long you been watching GH? We used to have a GH thread over in Hangout...

Yeah when we saw Public Enemies a couple of weeks ago I got some popcorn and the kid put butter on it. It was just a bucket full of $5.75 nastyness. I regreted that purchase.

Yes. A thousand times, no....a trillion times yes! We had to go out of our way from the city to the pies then over to Westhampton, so it''s probably not tooooo bad.

She''s been single for a long time and he is coming out of a relationship of convenience. He thought she was attractive, and she''s looking for a nice guy who has a good job....so I hooked them up via FB. After this, I''m staying out of it.

Yeah.....I'm glad I was home with her at the time. I was thinking about it and really she went out in a good way. No pain or suffering. She lived every day as a happy little dog (with the exception of some arthuritis that she took medication for) but otherwise she was happy until the day. Then she suffered a stroke and passed the same day peacfully in her bed in my room. She kind of had her own little funeral because FF came by after work to see her, my brother came, me and my parents but my mom, brother and I were there with her when she left us...

There isn't a day I don't think about the little angel!
