Looks like a pear, a smaller round, and an even smaller princess (or other square shape) all bezel set in platinum. This has to be a design made just for her. Not a big fan, but I can appreciate that it is a refreshing and un-gaudy change from the usual celeb bling.

A while back I posted that I thought Mila Kunis (sp?) (Aston Kutchner's wife) sported a small diamond ER compared to their celebrity status. I was rebuked by some. It appeared small-2 cts or so. My only issue was the size not the setting. Fast forward, I found a website that posted celeb ER and stats (size and cost) and according to the website it is 5 carats. So based on its reported size, I now retract my opinion and like the ring. I am sure Mila can sleep well tonight...

No you could very well be right those websites greatly exaggerated carat size of celeb diamonds.

That pear couldn't possibly to 2cts. It doesn't look large and it looks very shallow.

I agree the pear looks shallow and strange colored to me. Sort of a green tint. It doesn't look quite like a diamond. Here's what the designer said about the ring.
