With the new Harry Potter movie coming out this week, I thought I would investigate what J. K. Rowling''s (the author of the Harry Potter series) rings looked like. I found it difficult to get a close-up. Does it look like an EC engagement ring to anyone else?

If anyone is good at zooming in on pictures, would you mind helping me out? Thanks!

I would love to see close-up shots of her rings. They look gorgeous, and she''s such a classy lady!

Just an FYI, this site says that her ring was emeralds and diamonds, but according to Carolyn's close friend (married to John Kennedy's cousin) Carole Radziwill in her book "What Remains", it was sapphires and diamonds..

Found this pic online-- wonder how accurate it is though. One source said her fiance chose the setting from her collection but another said no, it was from another jeweler..

LookingGood35---I just saw that on People! Thank you for posting! I cannot wait to hear some specs on it. I have always loved Ivanka. Not only is she a fellow alumna of the Univ. of Pennsylvania, but I find her to be beautiful and classy. Not anything like Paris Hilton.

oh i was watching a documentary called J.K. Rowling: A Year in the Life, and i was totally admiring her ring! i believe it is an EC, and i think it fits her perfectly. she's such a classy and elegant lady. i was trying to get some screen shots but they're a bit too small to be blown up. i think it might have a halo around it as well? Image

so has anyone seen the Wendy Williams show? i don't really watch it, but we've got tv's at the bar that i work at and it's hard not to miss her bling. too big and chunky for my taste but, i wanted to share:

Yup, she graduated from Wharton B-school.  I actually really like her.  One thing I think Donald & Ivana did right was stress that the children would have to get educations and would ALWAYS have to work for their money.  Even though her dad said that he would give her a job when she got her MBA, she would have to work hard to keep the position, and he would never let them sit around spending their trust funds.  Good parenting.
