Need some advice on a jade piece

The first two are only 0,8 mm thick - how thick is your piece??

My wife acquired this piece many years ago and don't
know where to find a value for it. I have searched Google
trying to find places but I have found nothing. Is there
someone on here that knows a lot about Jade and can help
with this for us?

This pendant is a piece of nephrite jade, as opposed to jadeite jade. This color and quality is plentiful, so not very expensive, but makes great, strong material for carving, and can be very lovely. Nephrite has many qualities, as all other gems have. High quality has translucence, fine grain and texture, and pure colors compared with lower quality jade, and can be very expensive also because they are harder to source...but all have virtue.
