Week 13 - Share Photos: Wedding Day Scenery

this week please share your favorite photo of the scenery outside. can be the landscape, a beautiful tree you got married under, what your venue looked like from the outside... it can have anyone in the photo, as long as it was taken outside.

the rule of the game remains: share only ONE photo per weekly thread.

we got married in the Valley of 1000 Hills in South Africa. even though DH has got a goofy smile in this photo, I loved the landscape outside our venue (thankfully no one fell off the side and down into the valley) and that you can see the dam in the distance.

Our whole wedding was outdoors so it was hard picking just one photo but I liked the colours captured in this one. ETA: too bad the colours don't show up as vibrant when I downsized the photo.

I'm not sure if this picture was taken the afternoon before or morning of our wedding day... you can see the ceremony chairs set up on the sand between the infinity pool and the Atlantic Ocean.

these are all sooo beautiful, how could someone not have a beautiful wedding day with settings like these?
our wedding was in the evening in december, so no sunny outdoor pics for us! we did get just a couple pictures outdoors toward the end of the reception though

it''s super processed (obviously!) but i love how ghostly it looks

I know I shared one similar to this in another "favorites" thread, but it''s the best scenery we have too! It''s "city scenery", but pretty nonetheless!

This is a state park near our reception venue. In this photo, we''re trying to traipse through a muddy meadow in the rain.

Chapel at night. We were married here and they converted it for our reception.

The resort we were married at and spent the weekend at. This picture was taken the morning of the wedding. It''s right alongside the ocean, though you cannot see it in this picture.

All these photos are so great!!! I wish i could contribute, but i got married in the POURING rain (the whole day) and I don't have ONE photo outside. i didn't mind though

My favorite outdoor shot is the view out the front of the venue across the golf course, in the summer we sit in those chairs and watch the fireworks for the 4th of July!
