Setting Q

Hi I am looking to find a ring setting with pave diamonds down the side and if possible on the prongs. I want it to be a four prong setting with a thin shank and no designs on it.
I live outside of NYC. Is it best to get the setting on here or in person?
Does anyone have any suggestions where to get the setting in NYC? thanks
