Thank you all again for your sage advice and help in this search. I am settling into my new job and am thrilled with the pearls (they arrived Friday)!!!!!!!

In fact, I am going to my first board meeting this week to meet the muckety mucks and will be wearing my pearls (and my antique five stone ) with my black suit Not bling by any stretch of the people I'll be meeting with's imaginations, but I will feel blingtastic and confident

I am not the kind of photog that many PSers are, in fact I have ZERO photography skills, but here's my best attempt on this cloudy day in indoor light....

more orient and luster These photos were taken inside, so the yellow tinge is from the lighting...they are white Freshadama with silver-rose overtones (you can pics that are more true to color in my Pearl Virgin thread

Oh yeah, the clasps are 8mm etched ball clasps in 14k yellow gold. I them!!!! and I think white gold would have been just a gorgeous! but the etched gold clasps are LOVELY!!! I am so glad that I upgraded them!!!

I don't know why, but those pearls look so good I wanted to bite them! (Maybe it's getting only 4 hours of sleep last night...) Hee hee... my "eye candy" is being translated as candy-candy in my sleep-deprived pea brain!

It's lovely. I've been going back and forth between AAA akoyas and Freshadama. I love the color and luster of your Freshadamas. Did you request to have a mix of silver and rose overtones? I love the look!
