My ering! Emerald cut diamond with sapphire accents

I can't work out how to post the picture, but here is a link. Can somebody be kind and post it below?!

Its a 1.00, H, VS1 emerald cut diamond with sapphire side stones, set in 18k white gold. I love it.

I am not 100% sure about the claws. I can't put my finger on what is wrong, but I know they could be improved. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Ooh, forgot to add that I didn't clean my stone before the picture was taken! It does sparkle more than that!

Oh it''s gorgeous! If you wanted to change the prongs you could do double or single claw prongs or the flat tab prongs--ribbon prongs. I just had prongs redone, and it made a huge difference to me. My prongs were similar in shape to yours.

I luuurve it! It''s gorgeous as is, but I can kinda see what you mean about the prongs. Maybe they''re a little chunky? If you REALLY want to show off that center stone, I''d love to see it with really thin double claw prongs.

(but I''m partial to those!)

Wow, that ring is stunning. Very unique. I am completely in love with it. I see what you're saying about the prongs. I actually think that they go well with the setting. They look very "architectural" to me, for lack of a better word. But I would also understand if you wanted to change them to flat or clawed prongs. Either way, congratulations on your engagement and such a stunning ring!

I agree with you about the prongs, they are thick tab type prongs are overpower an otherwise delicate (and stunning) ring. Do you mind telling me who the designer is? It's just a beautiful ring, and I love the EC.
