#JOTW Great balls of fire!!!!!!!!!!

More than a year ago, I was lucky enough to snag a gorgeous 3.70 ct. mandarin spess garnet from Litnon.

It's taken more than a year of arduous hunting to find a setting for it, and I was so impatient to wear it that I was sorely tempted to just stick it in a temp setting. Thankfully, I held out and my patience was rewarded with this beauty and I couldn't be happier with results. I'd think this setting was custom if I didn't know better - it fits that well. YAY!

Just realized I forgot to answer where I got it.......

I bought this from one of the NYC vendors on 47th street - I think #55? I'd gone in to see another vendor for chains in there, and he was tied up with another customer, so I was looking at adjacent booth cases while waiting and stumbled on this!
