They just took out the pin and then jut pinched in the sides of the bangle a bit (it was spinning around my wrist due to being top heavy) so this fits me like a glove now! I'll bring it next year to the GTG if you're going

I'm definitely planning on going unless something else comes up I'd love to see it in-person

It's amazing how much difference the smallest re-sizing can make! One of my grandmother's (round and non-hinged) bangles is 2.10" diameter and the other is 2.16"; I can wear the bigger on either wrist but the smaller just *will not* go over my right hand, period. I'm going to have to get it resized... one of these days...

Thank you all for your very kind and thoughtful comments I still adore this piece and is one of my favorite pieces to date! It is not a secret that I have a love affair with rose gold and platinum

Yes, I dealt with Grace for the entire transaction. I had sent the brooch thinking initially I would convert it into a pendant on a DBTY necklace, but after some thought decided against it. It took me about 4 months before I ended up deciding to do a bangle as I wanted to preserve the integrity of the piece but still be able to enjoy it.

Well, what you have is truely beautiful. I actually never gave it a thought that a pin could be converted like that. I think I'll look into the conversion with Grace.
