I went my whole life w/o one cold sore...until last year. So, I tried the Neosporin Cold Sore stuff; it scabbed and the scab would crack and peel off (I know..gross) BUT....
all you have to do is use rubbing alcohol! Saturate a Q-Tip w/ alcohol and apply to cold sore when you first feel it. Continue applying for about 10 min, apply, let dry, apply, etc.
It will basically stop the cold sore from fully developing. Don''t waste your time and money with all of those expensive cold sore remedies, use rubbing alcohol!!!!
