Anyone know anything about Lorraine Schwartz Jewelry?

They carry it at Bergdorf''s in NYC and its gorgeous but I wondered if it was well made..........

The only thing I know, is that it is high end and many celebrities love her bands.

I like the look of the Lorraine Schwartz line but I understand that the pieces are mass produced in India and other areas of the East. That means they cost a lot less to make and the work is typically not as finished/quality. I wonder why her prices are so sky high when she is making things on the cheap?
