I finally received my v-day gift from FI and here''s the Original post... FI took all these pix for me since I''m not good at taking pix...

Here are the status:

Diamond: 0.68 ct S-T, VS1 OEC
Setting: 14kt WG, 0.45ct TW, VS quality

I''m planning to drop it off on Monday with my goldsmith to have it set... And there will be more pix to come when it''s done!!

This is my first time seeing a light yellow OEC in person and I found that regardless of diamond colour, OEC did out sparkle my e-ring...

Can I ask you to take one more picture. Can you take a top view of it perched on top of the LOGR setting. I''d love to see the look you''re going to achieve. (I know there''s a side shot but wanted to see it from the top so I could see the facets)!

These pics are taken late last night so the lighting is crappy... the last picture shows better of the yellowness of the diamond... IRL, the diamond is very clear and transparent despite of the S-T colour (which looks like a light sparkly champagne

)

LovingDiamonds, I will try to get my FI to take more pics today (hopefully in natural day light) and take a top view of the diamond perched in the setting to post on here~~

I forgot to mention that the seller who sold me this gorgeous diamond (kingkongcrodwder, who is also the seller of LTP''s .68 ct. OEC) is pleasure to deal with!!!

BTW, any suggestions on how should I set this diamond? medium or high?
