Soo, we finally found a diamond and it is being set right now....
It''s killing me because I had it in my possession for a few days only.

I miss it... soooo much.

Look what I did to tide me over. I know, I am pitiful.

I showed my boyfriend and he said, "Well you know, it''s going to be more sparkly than that."
He''s so very clever.

Hahahahahaha!!!!!!! You're not nearly as sad as you think you are. Trust me on this one. I have one too. And FF knows about it. And he said something very similar to what your BF said.

And just so you know, a lot of the married women make to scale paper rings for designing them and figuring out proportions.

I did the exact same thing, down to the 3.5mm-diameter side stones. Glad to know I''m not the only one

LOTS of us have had to admit to that activity!

I even did a full blown coloured CAD image of my sapphire ring and wore it taped to my finger most nights while waiting for the real thing. It was pretty pathetic.

Once WF sent me pics of their CADs, I printed it off to scale and taped that one instead...even more pathetic!

We''ve all been there and done that to try and see what a ring would look like, estimate size, tide us over until a new ring arrived. You aren''t crazy, don''t worry!!!
