So what do you think? I REALLY like this diamond, especially for the price. However, it only scores a 2.8 on the HCA. I know this diamond is a bit bottom heavy, and the polish & symmetry aren''t execllent, and I''m okay with that. Is there something I''m missing? Should I start again and go for an H&A in a bit smaller size?

there will be a little darkness in the area where this ray is entering because about 1/3rd of it goes out the pavilion.

If you like it visually, I think you should get it. The most important thing is you like how the diamond looks and performs with your eyes. It sounds like a very nice diamond. Maybe not EX/EX but It's probably really hard to tell the difference visually.
