I am putting together an engagement ring and I have a budget of about 6500$. This will be my first ever diamond purchase, i have been reading all about diamonds for the past few months and made a list of qualities(IMO) that i should watch for.
This is a list of requirements i came up with:

I plan on purchasing within the next month so I am hoping that i have picked a rock that will perform.

I'm not sure what the consequences are of the clarity characteristics?
Is the fluorescence going to cause a problem with G, VS2?
Bluenile doesnt seem to have Ideal Scope pictures, can i request them?
Anywho, please let me know what you think. I tend to trust this community more then the local jewellers.
