Setting similiar to Victor Canera Emilya

Have been looking around the board and have seen several examples of this setting which I absolutely adore. I suspect this is a very expensive setting and have a certain budget I have been given by the fiance-to-be. I think Gabriel and Co has the best selection of reasonably priced halo rings.

I've been looking at Gabriel & co and it seems that the settings that are for non-changeable heads are around $2K (I believe up to 7MM) but it seems if you have a larger stone the price jumps to $3K - am I understanding their pricing correctly? Thanks

I do know that the Gabriel & Co. settings are customizable, I don't know if it matters if they have a 'changeable' head or not, probably worth it to just ask if there's a setting you like that doesn't fit your stone!

I was really hoping to get a setting for about $2000. I am looking at a diamond that is 7.0 x 7.02 so it would fit nicely in a 7 mm head.
