I have finally made a purchase on an e-diamond. It turns out to be a FIC, which was a nice surprise. Many thanks to Regular Guy, Matatora and strmrdr for their input. The diamond is on its way. I have been assured that it''s fiery, and based on digital photos looks beautiful.
Now I need to have it set. The PS vendor was very honest and said that based on the detail and complexity of the design I would do better going with a local jeweler rather than risk the time,energy, and potential financial expence of shipping the setting back and forth if it is not as I have "imagined" it to be. I can appreciate that. Therefore, does anyone know of any good jewelers in the lower wisconsin area. The closest big city is Madison in WI, and Rockford in nearby Il. Thanks in advance.
