I have GIA report and Sarin Report, can anyone help analyze?

Ok, so it''s specs are:

Dpth = 62.6
Table = 58%
(just out of ideal range)
Girdle is Medium, Faceted
No Culet
Polish & Symmetry = Very Good
Clarity = VS2
Color = J
Flourescence = Faint

SARIN:
Depth = 62.7% (4.61 mm)
Table = 57.8% (4.25 mm)
Crown = 34.6
Pavil = 41.9
Culet .4% = Very Small
Girdle 1.6% (.03%-2.0%)
Total Grade of 4??

This J stone would be set in platinum. What do you think? Will it be a good sparkler? Will the color show yellow in the platinum? Thanks for any and all advice!

Oh, cost is $6500ish (good deal?)

If you enter the table% and angles there you will find I do not think much of the proportions of this diamond.
