Help with Pears

I need to stop reading this forum LOL

My nickname is 'rain" and I thought it'd be cool to get a pear set either in a simple ring or a pendant as my birthday present to myself with flourescence (for that blue...I think it's cool, I don't see any in my e-ring, nor any other people's e-rings around me)
Budget is $1000-1500 for stone and setting. Not concerned with size, but thought it'd be nice to get to get a D-F with a blue flourescence? How much flourescence should I look at? If I go for a strong blue, I have to go down in color right? I don't know what I want more. LOL

Bump!

If I go this route, I think I'll set it with my jeweler...then I can go up around $1200 for the stone. Any opinions on these? I'm not sure what to exactly look for in pears (I know I want a fatter "bottom"). I don't know if cut is just as important in pears as it is in rounds or what...

And while these are all "colorless" is it just the way that they were photographed that makes it have a yellow tinge in some photos?

There are some blue nile ones that seemed promising as well...but I like being able to see photos like at JA...

The tip will always show the colour (if any) as deeper in that area.

Lots of people have different preferences, but I've read very frequently that PS suggest not paying for the VVS clarity that you probably won't notice to the naked eye. The cut is key.

Bowtie effect is also less than desireable for some people, so its a lot of personal preference when you start to hunt down your gorgeous pear!!

I like the last one with the MB fluorescence and the facetting didn't strike me as "bowtie - ish" as the first two. Good price point on the last one as well...

(but I'm no diamond expert, I just rely on my eyes! )
