I found another diamond. What do you guys think of this one? The seller is asking for 4,000$. It is on a reseller website. GIA cert. I don't get what I'm missing. Isn't rap 10700/carat or around there for this stone(that number I have is 6 months old). Isn't this stone massively underpriced?

The price sounds good if the stone is not damaged, but too good to be true...

Meet at appraisers office. Have appraiser make sure stone matches the lab report (inclusions will map to it if there is no inscription), and that the stone is undamaged.

If all is well, you are indeed getting a very nice deal.
